  1. Transactions with Third Parties: We offer services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Uncommon Wisdom Services. For example, you can purchase products from third parties through our stores, download applications from third-party providers via our App Store, and utilize third-party skills through our Alexa services. When a transaction involves a third party, we share customers’ personal information related to that transaction with the third party.

  2. Third-Party Service Providers: We engage other companies and individuals to perform various functions on our behalf. These functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending mail and email, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, and offering customer service. While these third-party service providers have access to the personal information necessary to perform their functions, they are not authorized to use it for other purposes.

  3. Business Transfers: As we expand our business, we may acquire or sell other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information is typically one of the transferred business assets, but it remains subject to the commitments made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless the customer consents otherwise). Additionally, in the unlikely event that UncommonWisdom.com UWCC or a significant portion of its assets are acquired, customer information will be among the transferred assets.
